How Did You Sell My Friend’s Lyndhurst Home?
I was asked to come out to meet with a couple who is interested in selling their home and they were referred to me by one of my happy sellers, I sold their Lyndhurst home this past summer.
I was the 4th real estate agent in 2 years and I got the Lyndhurst home sold, making my client very happy :)
As I was talking with this couple, the husband mentioned that he knew I had been the 4th agent, that his friend’s home in Lyndhurst had been for sale for a couple of years and there were like 25 other houses for sale on the same street and very close by, so he wanted to know “how did I get his friend’s home sold in Lyndhurst when no one else could?”
Here’s How I got his friend’s home sold in Lyndhurst.
1.) I applied the Uncommon Application of Common Knowledge. See, there is really no magic bullet or secret sauce to getting the job done. We all know what we’re suppose to do, but applying the knowledge and doing the action steps is what really make the difference in the agent you hire.
2.) It’s Clients First from the beginning to the end and everything in the middle. I truly care about my clients outcome. It’s not about me - It’s all about You! I’m in it for the long haul relationship, not a one night stand (so to speak) So, being successful is a really big deal to me. I start off with an intense focus on your real estate needs and I remain focused on your home needs until you get what you want.
3.) I don’t spend my time in Yesteryear lamenting on how things were or what use to work. I spend my time on what works in today’s market. I’m an avid marketer and I am always learning about and implementing tomorrow’s best ideas that will be the most effective for my clients.
4.) Plain old hard work and a never give up attitude.

I’m happy to say that they hired me that night to sell their house too. They have a couple of things they want to get done, so the listing will hit the market in a couple of weeks and I’ll work just as hard to get that one sold too.
